| 1.1 | There will be a steam based block placed with a high density polyethylene sheet 6 mm thick. |
| 1.2 | 2 wooden 1.22 x 2.44 , y 1/2" inch thick OSB or Plywood sheets will be placed, with the first layer in a straight line and throughout the area, with the lower part having 3/8 spacing bearings, in order to have a floating shock absorbing system (32 bearings per sheet), the second layer of sheets will be placed 45º from the first. |
| 1.3 | There will be a 2 1/4" thick x 3/4" thick Canadian Hard Wood floor placed nailed to the wooden sheet with a 45º edge which will be of second, good or premier quality according to the company. |
| 1.4 | The surface will be taken apart with a 50, 80 and 100 grade file with a Hummel floor sander in order to level the surface. |
| 1.5 | After cleaning the area with mineral thinner, the surface will be polished with 100 and 120 grade carbon fiber mesh. |
| 1.6 | There will be a special polyurethane resin base special sealant applied for Maple. |
| 1.7 | All of the surface will be polished and cleaned with Mineral Thinner. |
| 1.8 | The tracing and painting of regulation lines will be performed. |
| 1.9 | Application of two coats of transparent polyurethane, which is shiny and has a good grip which is especially good for sport, giving it an excellent quality and finish. |
